Accommodations:
Dolphin Bay House has
recently been completely and lovingly transformed by
renovating with environmentally sustainable (Green)
materials throughout, making it an even more beautiful,
comfortable and special place to be!
The wood for the new wood floors, trim and cabinets is from
a non-native, invasive tree species growing on the island
that was specially milled for Dolphin Bay House. Bamboo, a
sustainable crop, was also used. For the kitchen and
bathroom floors upstairs, Marmoleum, made of linseed oil,
sawdust and flax (like old fashioned linoleum) was
installed. When possible, sound recycled building materials
were used. Insulation and more vents and windows were added
for more effective, passive cooling of the house. Use of low
‘VOC’ paints make a more pleasant environment for all.

Bedrooms:
Enjoy 3 lovely bedrooms, in our two story home, where you
will awaken refreshed to a chorus of birds and the sound of
waves. The fragrance of plumerias and other tropical flowers
calls to you. Each bedroom has an attached bath with
beautifully tiled, walk-in showers and a deep, soaking tub
in the master bath. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one
downstairs, with separate entrance and sitting area/twin
bed. Granite countertops with two sinks in each of the
upstairs baths add to the beauty and convenience.

Reservations Require a 50% deposit to confirm
Security Deposit of $500.00 will be refunded the day after check out
providing care was taken of the premises.
A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged upon confirmation
of reservation
Refunds
We will refund your deposit (minus a 20% handling fee) if
cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation made after that time will be refunded (minus a
20% handling fee) only if Kealakekua Bay 2 can secure another reservation for that period.
